Forty-seven ISTS schools have received differential performance awards from Israel’s Ministry of Education.
Approximately 50% of them qualified for the highest award levels, recognizing excellence in values-based education, social development, and academic achievement.
Israel Sci-Tech Schools, Israel’s largest and leading science and technology education network, continues to set the standard for educational excellence in Israel. With the publication of the Ministry of Education’s list of outstanding upper-secondary schools for the 2025–2026 academic year, we were delighted to learn that 47 ISTS schools had been recognized as outstanding institutions.
Twenty-three of the winning schools—approximately 50%—were ranked in the highest award tiers. ISTS’s award-winning schools are located throughout Israel, from north to south, and represent the diverse mosaic of Israeli society as well as the network’s commitment to excellence in every sector and region.
The awards take into account schools’ performance and progress according to educational, values-based, and social criteria. The Ministry of Education’s recognition reflects the tremendous efforts of ISTS’s teaching teams to develop students and graduates who possess strong values, skills, and technological capabilities and who will become leaders in Israel’s economy, academia, and industry.
